I am excited to introduce you to my friend, Trina Glines.

Trina: I’m a mom and a wife, I should have said “wife” first because that’s the order it should be. I have 5 children, one daughter four sons. My oldest two are married and my third just got engaged. I have one grandson, and Cary would agree with me that it’s the best calling in life being a grandma. A little bit about me, I love life,I love traveling, I love doing things with my family, I love getting away with my husband, and I love having a new passion. It’s actually not a new passion. Cary is the one that pointed it out that I’ve always had it. I was just harried for a small period of time because life happens.

Cary: Do you want to tell us a little bit about your process of discovering your passion for helping others to strengthen their marriage?

Trina: Early on in my marriage, it was natural for me to make sure I put my marriage first, make sure we go on dates, make sure I hire a babysitter so we can get away–not just for a date but a night or a weekend. I didn’t have availability of family members. I had to hire babysitters. I just made sure that was a priority, even though we were super poor and had kids really fast and a lot of bills going on, hiring a babysitter was always a priority. Then as life went on and things happened–finances got worse or better (we went through both,) kids grew up, and as they got older, there were challenges–life kind of happened–and a little bit of that passion that I had got buried.

During the process of marriage, I created what I call the “safety box.” My safety box was a place I would go anytime my feelings got hurt, anytime I didn’t feel heard. Anytime I felt some sort of riff between my husband and me, I would go to that box. I would keep listening– I was just in robot mode. I was not letting myself be emotionally involved at all… During my process of trying to figure things out, I went to a counselor and found out that it wasn’t my safety box, it was my unsafe box… The counselor explained I am not safe in there, and he gave me some powerful tools to get me out of that box.

I’m so thankful for every process in my life because it’s gotten me to where I am today. There was a day that I specifically remember, the altering moment was when I had been in my box for a while and Cary had followed me through that journey. She knew where I was and she knew I wasn’t doing well. I was standing in my closet and I just had a thought of, “Is this what it is? Is this how the rest of my life is going to be?” And the “D- word” popped into my head. Never in 25 years of marriage had that ever happened to me. I never even considered divorce, EVER! And I understand the power of the mind, so as quickly as it entered is how quickly it scared me. I don’t even want to entertain that; I don’t even want to go there. Why did that come to my mind? I have a wonderful husband, I have a wonderful family, what is wrong with me? Why am I in this box and I can’t get out? So in that moment I text Cary and tell her what the moment was, didn’t tell her what had just happened, nothing. I just texted her and said “Hey, I need help.” She knew where I was already, so she sent me a text back and said you need to read this book and she sent me a book that’s on marriage….

I texted Cary and I said “Cary what am I passionate about? What have you always known me to be passionate about?” And you texted me back and said “Your marriage, of course!” And of course, I was thinking “How can you think at after what I’ve been through the and you watched me go through?” but I just think that that is proof to women that we can just bury those passions with all the junk of life and it’s up to us to dig them back out.

Cary: My passion is seeing passion come out of people. It lights me up… So, what do you do now?

Trina: I have started mentoring women on strengthening their relationships with their husband, and men in general.

Cary: Bob Proctor says “never set a goal within the boundaries of what you know you can achieve.”

Trina: Knowledge is power for all people– husband, wives, whoever. Knowledge is power, but we go into these relationships with no knowledge. Nobody even talks about it, and I’m going to break that paradigm. We are going to talk about it.

Cary: If somebody is wanting help in understanding the language of men and strengthening their marriage, how do they find you?

Trina: You can find me at www.TrinaGlines.com. You can go to the “contact” link at the top of my home page and just send me an email. … You can also go to my Facebook page , Trina Glines Mentoring. If you “Like” my page, you can then contact me through messenger.

Cary: She knows what she is doing and it’s powerful. Any last words?

Trina: Don’t ever settle… We deserve to have happiness in our marriage. We are meant to be happy and married at the same time.

Casey is a nurse-turned-network marketer, and has fallen in love with the industry. Through this share to share industry, she was introduced to the power of positive and intentional thinking.

She was living in New York with her husband in a tiny apartment that had no heat when she began thinking, “There’s got to be something more.” She has since discovered that “something more.”

Cary: How did you decide it was OK to let go of your nursing career that you worked so hard to get and do something non-tradition.

Casey: My friend Jennifer introduced me and I just started surrounding myself with the possibilities. I saw the vision, and thought, “If they can do it, then why can’t I?” And I did a lot of reading and learning to help me hold the belief.
To give up nursing, people thought I was crazy. And when I first started network marketing, I was really bad at it! But I surrounded myself with positive thinking and people who had the same drive as I did.

Cary: You didn’t have to just get rid of all of the people in your life, did you?

Casey: I surrounded myself a lot of authors and podcasts that became my positive influencers. The people I hung around just didn’t have the same desire and they didn’t want to be open to what I was learning, and that’s ok. I craved it! And it’s amazing the new relationships that do come into your life. You certainly not missing out, but you don’t have to forget your circle. It’s fun, too, because a lot of times when you elevate yourself so high you can go back to your circle and those people who weren’t ready and bring them with you. It’s a win for everybody at that point.

Cary: What do you feel like your first step to finding your VOICE was?

Casey: I am still learning who I am. The person I was a year ago is not the person I am. And a year from now, I’m sure I’ll be a different person. We are creatures of creating, learning constantly—failing constantly, elevating constantly—and I’ve become really OK with the fact that I’m not shooting for a destination. It’s a journey.

I’m open! Let me thing it, study it, get some feeling behind it…the most expensive thing that we can do in life is to be closed.
When you have that value in yourself and know that you’re worthy, you know that he challenges happen FOR you.
The secret to having it all is knowing, the secret you already do.

Cary: I hear a lot of people say they progress for awhile, and then they hit a wall and they stop. I have watched you go from one magnificent win to the next. What is that gets you past those wall-kicking moments and to act on your intention even when you don’t want to?

Casey: I’m kind to myself, and I think that is the #1 piece of advice that I have is you have to be kind to yourself on this journey of change. Would you have friends if you talked to them the way you talk to you? Allow yourself to shut down technology, put your feet up, curl up with a book, cuddle with a loved one, and then get back to it! Action will push down fear and doubt every single time.

Sometimes action is reading a book, sometimes it’s a meditation, sometimes it’s networking.

My new motto is “Finding the JOY in the journey.” I once heard Tony Robbins say: “Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.”

These are just a few of the many nuggets that Casey shares!!! Enjoy her energy and her wisdom!!

I am in love with anything that has the potential to put my brain on fast forward! This idea, along with her obvious passion for learning, is the very thing that attracted me to Marilyn Schoeman and her game, BOFFO–Brain On Fast Forward.) The more I talked to her about the possibilities of what she has to offer, the more excited I became!

Boffo: 1) (n) highly effective or successful; “Brain On Fast FOrward”

Cary: Can you tell us how you came up with the idea for BOFFO?

Marilyn: As a teacher, I wanted people to not only be creative but also to recognize their ability to do it. BOFFO creates space to be creative and provides a tool for you to know you can come up with breakthrough ideas quickly. I also wanted people to know that they can be creative on the spot, predictively. BOFFO is played in a Green Light manner, which means it encourages a positive and supportive environment that encourages risk taking and is conducive to creativity. It’s easier, more light-hearted, and safe.

Cary: I was hesitant to believe that a board game could do what you said it would do–increase my ability to think creatively–and after playing a couple of rounds, I knew I had to interview you. Could you explain why it works?

Marilyn: Our brains are so incredibly powerful, and for the most part we only use a tiny part of it. BOFFO triggers a huge part of our brain. You take a “thing,” which is a “launcher,” and an action, called a “booster,” and you put them together to make something new. Then, as you play the game a little bit more, you add a “target” where you put the idea to work. Using a launcher and a booster together allows you to think of new possibilities that wouldn’t have been thought of before, and that triggers other possibilities, and more and more.

It’s a really fascinating process! Creating new synapses, expanding possibilities for your brain to create new ideas, new ways of interacting with people, and initiating unity and teamwork.

“As soon as you sit down and start playing BOFFO, you are in the moment and that “other stuff” falls away.

So it’s a great thing to do to shift moods, and shift conversations as well.” -Marilyn

Enjoy this introduction to my cute friend, Marilyn, and to BOFFO!!!

I am very excited to bring this interview to you! I got to room with Melody as we both attended the Amplified Train the Trainer with David TS Wood and Lisa Nichols in Gold Coast Australia. She touched my heart, and she will touch yours, too.

Cary: I believe that connecting women to their virtue is the pathway to finding power and purpose. To me, “connecting to virtue” is another way saying “finding and expressing your voice.” An important step to “finding our voice” is figuring out the value of who we are as people and understanding that we are powerful and beautiful just as we are.

Melody: (6:00) Clutter clearing is more than clearing clutter. It’s meeting with people heart to heart. It’s not just the stuff on the outside. It’s the stuff on the inside. It’s the stories we tell ourselves.
(7:20) We have to find a sense of who we are within our relationships, within our lives, and very often what I find is it really is the missing connection to who we are, the truth of who we are–the deeper beliefs, the deepest beliefs, our deepest values.
(11:51) Who are you? Who are you really? Why are you here? What are the gifts that you have brought to earth with you, and what are you doing with them? What needs to happen for you to feel so comfortable in your own skin so that you can come out, so to speak, so that you can come out and shine your light and just be who you are and feel yourself empowered within your own life, to feel yourself as valued and valuable and as necessary to the evolution of this species.
(13:50) Everything you teach you are learning. Teach only love and learn that love is yours and you are love. (Quoted from Marianne Williamson)
(14:50) We, ourselves, within our mind, we create these false beliefs about ourselves when we are so young, when we are so small, when we first experiencing life itself.
(15:48) We are daring to become. We are daring to become real. We are daring to become seen. We are daring to become heard. We are daring to put ourselves out on the line and risk feeling that criticism from the world and risking that rejection.
(17:23) Let’s work on ourselves. Let’s work on ourselves and the miracles that will happen just as the result of changing our own vibration, our own field, our own psyche, our own journey and way of being in the world. That presence that we feel when we are with someone who has the courage to just be real–What that does is gives other people the permission to dare to to be real too.
(18:40) Learning to fly is just a leap of faith.
(20:15) It was such a relief to have someone else give me that permission and now I’m giving other people permission.

Cary: Tell us what you do.

Melody: (22:50) I arrive and I land and I’m there and I’m really there and I’m interested….it’s a listening, it’s a listening.
(26:55) I do process-oriented clutter clearing. It’s process-oriented clutter clearing, and it’s very spiritually rooted, to bring the soul and the spirit into alignment with the physical.
(27:52) I’m not just clearing. The clearing happens, but it happens as a natural part of the process of actually restoring a human being to its full self.
(32:47) When we find ourselves unable to express ourselves with our own voice, we know there is a problem, and it goes deep. And all we need to do is set the intention that we will find our voice and that we will find a way.
(34:24) We must have a change of value system so that we can count the things of real value. And one of those things–the first thing–is ourselves.
(34:40) For every parent out there, if you do not value yourself, let me tell you your children will never value themselves. You have to dig down deep. You have to find the way to bring this beautiful voice of yours out. And it is beautiful. I have not heard it yet personally, but I’m telling you it’s beautiful. And your own message and your own gifts that you brought where to earth were given to you for a reason and this world is not going to change without each and everyone of us stepping up and becoming the woman that we were born to be.
(37:59) I stopped feeling ashamed of what I don’t know. I stop feeling ashamed of what I’m not. I stopped listening to other people tell me that I can’t be this and I can’t be that, and what I’m doing know is saying hello. Yeah, I do process oriented clutter clearing and it’s very spiritually based.

The post More than Clutter Clearing: An Interview with Melody Wood first appeared on Cary MacArthur.

The post More than Clutter Clearing: An Interview with Melody Wood appeared first on Cary MacArthur.

Interview with Enolia Foti

Here are a few highlights from this interview:

Cary: Enolia and I have never physically met, but we have spoken several times online. We have much in common and I love her heart. We are similar in purpose–helping women to discover who they are and what their passions are.

Enolia: “I’m a woman who has transformed my life.”

Cary: Tell us more about these 13 Indigenous Grandmothers

Enolia: Grandmother is an affectionate term for elderly woman. These 13 women from all over the world gathered together and shared this beautiful message that “It’s now time to come forward, to use your voice, speak your voice, be empowered and touch the hearts of others.” This caused me to question “why am I really here? Who am I? what’s my purpose here?” I found that my role here is to help plant seeds and to help women bring forward their dreams when they feel stuck, when they feel blocked and not just women, people in general.

Cary: What are your workshops like, and do you have any stories of people who have discovered their voice from attending these workshops?

Enolia: Sometimes we are our biggest block. We all are wounded in some kind of way, we all have gone through hurt or pain in some kinda way and many times those hurts and those pains shape our lives and that we don’t have to choose to allow that story or that pain or that wound to shape our lives for the rest of our lives. We can shed that story. We can get past that story! We can move through it and become and discover what we love and who we like and express ourselves better and to make decisions not based on a person that’s wounded but based on a person that can celebrate life and love who she is and look at herself in the mirror and love what she sees.
The beauty about this is that they become empowered to say “I can do this! I can bring that joy to my heart and I can choose to be happy, choose to make a change in my life, choose not to let the same triggers that bring me down the same rabbit hole over and over and not do that.” It’s a beautiful thing to see a group of women really, really understand that.

Cary: A lot of people can attend a personal growth workshop and feel motivated at the event and then go home and go right back to their own patterns. To have 3/4 of the people who attend your workshop actually change their lives, that is powerful.

Enolia: I don’t provide them answers, I help them find those answers within them; and if your heart is truly calling for change; you’re capable of making that change.

Cary: In doing this work, do you continue to find your own blocks and how do you move through them. What is your story?

Enolia: It’s an ever going process. It’s like peeling an onion and there is layer after layer after layer. Anyone that says that they’re done is not telling the truth because we’re continuously growing. Every day is an exploration of that beauty of who I am. I share my stories and share what I went through in my workshops to let women know that they’re not alone. We’re all going through different aspects of life where we need to shed our blocks and move forward.

Cary: Part of what connects us is that you have come through your own experiences and have discovered a pattern of what works, and now you are sharing with others what you are continuously doing to emerge and become. It’s in the “doing” that brings the power to what you do.

Enolia: I can come from my heart and be released of judgment and released of perceptions and not take on anybody else’s perceptions and be me. We all have something to offer; we all have something to give, and it’s so important that we all work together. There is room for everybody and we all have to work together.

You can find out more about Enolia and her work on her website: www.enoliafoti.com

The post Interview Series: Unleash Infinite Possibilities with Enolia Foti first appeared on Cary MacArthur.

The post Interview Series: Unleash Infinite Possibilities with Enolia Foti appeared first on Cary MacArthur.

I am excited to launch my INTERVIEW SERIES!

I’ve learned that we are all more connected than we think we are. And a lot of us feel quite alone. Like there’s nobody like me or I’m the only one that believes the things that I do. But although we have differences, a lot of us are quite the same.

I meet and am touched by so many amazing people who are living their lives on purpose and making a difference in their corner of the world.

Here are a few highlights from this interview:

Teri: “I am a massage therapist, a single mother of 5 children. I love my work. It has been very fulfilling to me to get into the massage and energy work and put the two together. What makes me excited about getting up in the morning is helping people. I have transformed my life, and I love to give people tools to transform themselves–especially women–those that have struggled like I have.
Julie: I love getting out of bed in the morning cause I do really cool things. And if they’re not cool, I make them cool. And this work has also transformed my life. I have been at this work for a little over 17 years, it just has a way of grabbing a hold of ya, and says “let’s go and get this done.” And I’m not done yet, but I am doing the “let’s go” part. Helping people is a side note. For me, I realized that I was helping myself, and by doing that, I was able to help others. It started out as a selfish thing, but turned into being something greater.

_______
Teri: My journey in energy work made me feel like a box was lifted off of my head, and everything in the universe became available. And as I learned that my thoughts were energy, I learned that we attract what our frequency is. We are all connected, but it’s not always a clear connection. Any kind of negative emotion or negative belief we have of ourselves, will only create more of that negative energy. So clearing out that energy helps us to move on with our lives instead of holding us back. One thing I love about this energy work is that it makes people feel empowered and makes them take charge of their lives.
Sometimes people don’t know that there’s something else out there, just like me when I felt like I was in a box. I didn’t have all of the information. But when you tell people about energy work, it’s like a light goes on in their eyes.
Julie: I have found that as we talk to people, the ones that are ready for the information are the ones that we are talking to. We just are who we are, and we attract the people who want more information. They have to be open to receiving it.

Cary: I believe that there’s a readiness in the world right now. I feel like the world is more ready now than it ever has been to learn about this. I often feel like I finally know everything until I realize that the only thing I understand, is that I understand nothing.

_______
Julie: I wanted to start getting all of this out there, and give everyone access to this knowledge. So Teri and I got together and came up with Dragonfly Soul. We are constantly moving and growing and flowing and in the allowing stage. What we do is all about living in an infinite possibility world. There’s so much out there. Don’t stop searching, continue to learn and you’ll find what you’ll need. You’ll actually just be sitting there, and it’ll find you.
Teri: Our goal is to travel all over the world and empower everyone.

Cary: It’s abundance mentality: we don’t need to keep everything t0 ourselves, we are not in competition but it’s in sharing where we find the abundance, the joy, the connection, and that’s exactly what I’m looking to do.

The post Interview Series: Introducing Teri and Julie from Dragon Fly Soul first appeared on Cary MacArthur.

The post Interview Series: Introducing Teri and Julie from Dragon Fly Soul appeared first on Cary MacArthur.

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I remember one day in fifth grade…
I had spent recess by myself, as I often did, and as I walked back to class with my head down. I heard a voice inside me say, “if you would just look up and smile at people instead of holding your head down, you could be their friend.” After that, I was a friend to everyone, but I didn’t have many friends. I didn’t know there was a difference. I thought being friendly to everyone was connection… My best friend in high school once told me, through her tears, that I didn’t let anyone in. I spent years trying to figure out what that meant.

I have always loved being with people and observing them from the “other side” of a proverbial glass wall. I thought this way I could enjoy, love, and even offer support while not feeling like I was “in the way” or worrying that I would do something that would draw unwanted attention. I told myself I was better being “invisible” and that I was better off alone.

However, science shows that human being are, by nature, social beings. In fact, there is no such thing as individual neurons or single human brain cells” that exist in nature. Louis Cozolino says that “without mutually stimulated interactions, people and neurons wither and die.” In neurons, this process is called apoptosis. In humans, it expresses as depression and other debilitating emotions.
Life experience has also taught me that isolation is not the answer. I recently had an inspiring conversation with my friend, Tracy O’Malley, who has learned the power of connection in her own life.

We can learn so much from our young people!! I am inspired by amazing youth every single day. One such group of powerful kids is a dance group from Diamond Talent Studio in St. George, UT. This studio has a palpable energy that cannot be denied. The owners and instructors, Brian and Melinda Larson, not only teach dance and musical theater, they also inspire their students to dream big and to never give up on their dreams. I conducted an interview of one of the advanced companies of 2015-2016, and I was so touched. I will share the complete interview in a separate post, but here is a portion of it so you can feel the power of belief in these kids.

I have had two daughters basically grow up at Diamond Talent. Both of them are powerful dreamers and have learned the art of working hard for what they want. They have been also surrounded by other like-minded friends (who eventually grow to feel like family) who have similar passion and purpose, and I have witnessed many of them leave the studio and venture out into the world to make their dreams come true, no matter what they are. Not all of them become dancers or performers–there are many who become business owners, entrepreneurs, powerful parents, athletes… they understand who they are and they are not afraid to BE that. Even though some of them may find a different path than the one they thought they would pursue, they still are able to tap into the power of belief that they gained by associating themselves as and with dreamers and believers.

I have watched one young woman in particular follow her dream of being a professional dancer go from “one magnificent win to the next.” Her name is Emily Tate. At age 22, she is a Juilliard graduate and was recently selected to be a part of the Broadway Revival of CATS. Because she is extremely busy with rehearsals, I conducted her interview via email. I am excited to share her story with you.

Prepare to be inspired!!

My determination to make dancing and performing the career that would lead my life has not wavered since.

CM: What have you done to hold that dream both as you grew up and now as you have grown up and moved into being it?

ET: Hard work and dedication is what has kept dance alive through my many ups and downs. I have a deep love and passion for dance and performing, but it is not always easy to keep it at the forefront every single day. Without the structure, support and inspiration from my incredible teachers and family, it would have been harder to keep a clear vision of what I was working towards. I think it’s vital for young people to have a passion that they are committed to developing on a daily basis. Our culture is full of instant gratification but developing a skill set or talent that requires years of hard work builds confidence and character in ways that nothing else can. Being in the dance companies at Diamond Talent gave me that commitment and support to keep my dream alive. The positive work ethic that I developed while growing up is what hasmade a professional career possible for me. The other part of keeping the dream alive for me is continually staying inspired. For me, inspiration comes from seeing shows, taking class, being in nature, listening to music, teaching the next generation and talking with teachers and friends who I admire.

CM: What motivates you a daily? Do you have a routine? a mantra? a quote or an inspiration that you turn to?

ET: At this stage in my life, my inspiration on a daily basis comes primarily from people who believe in and caredeeply about me: Alex, my parents, siblings and friends, and Brian and Melinda. I am lucky to have these people who continue to encourage my dreams. I am so much happier and healthier when I am dancing on a regular basis, so knowing that, motivates me to get my butt into class! There are so many dancers in NYC pursuing this career (for example, over fifteen hundred dancers auditioned for the Broadway Revival of Cats). Going to several auditions a week surrounded by hundreds of excellent performers makes keeping self-confidence and belief in myself challenging to say the least! This business is not for the weak of heart!!! You must LOVE it to survive and you must persevere through the rejection that you WILL face more often than successes. My mantra every time I go to an audition is a quote I heard from a Broadway leading lady, Sierra Boggess:

CM: How has your dream grown?

ET: My dream has grown because gratefully it has HAD to! I am living my dreams. It is challenging and kicks my butt all the time. I have received far more no’s than yes’ but I have had the courage, confidence, passion and support to not let the disappointments stop me. The lowest lows have made the highs in my life SO much more satisfying (as cliche as it sounds). I auditioned for more than fifteen other shows this audition season. From summer stocks to regional theaters and TV movies, I auditioned for them all and didn’t get ONE of them! But my life had another plan just around the corner that ended up being the biggest dream and blessing I’ve had in my life. After 7 intense callbacks and weeks of waiting, I got the exciting call offering me a role in the original cast of the Broadway revival of Cats! If I had let the many no’s in the months previous get me down, I wouldn’t have been able to do my best in the callbacks for Cats and therefore would’ve stopped myself from achieving this dream! Every time a dream becomes real in my life, my joy, my gratitude and my dreams grow exponentially. I believe that by living my life whole heartedly and pursuing my dreams I am encouraging and giving permission to those around me to do the same. Jim Carrey said it best, “You can fail at what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.”

The post Emily Tate: A Young Lady with Powerful Purpose first appeared on Cary MacArthur.

The post Emily Tate: A Young Lady with Powerful Purpose appeared first on Cary MacArthur.

As I mentioned on a preview blog post, Marianne Williamson’s quote about “Your playing small doesn’t serve the world” started me on a thought process about what I was doing to silence my voice and what I could do to change that. However, it wasn’t until almost a decade later that I began to put my thoughts into action, and that happened largely because of an amazing trainer named David Wood. Since he was essentially the catalyst behind me daring to step out and discover my power, I wanted to have him be my “first interview.”

Much of what David Wood teaches is that in order to really live a full life, we must have an authentic connection to both ourselves and to others, and that often requires that we step out of our comfort zone.

“Fear of humiliation and the fear of rejection are number one and two over fear of death.”

I didn’t know that what I felt was a fear of rejection; I just “knew” that I didn’t measure up to the amazingness of others and that being a part of society was a lot more comfortable if I could do it from a place of invisibility. I stuck to where I felt confident.

“A lot of people feel that they have to wear a mask in order to survive,”

And although I didn’t’ realize it, that’s exactly what I was doing. I showed only those parts of me that appeared to be “good enough,” and the rest of me stayed behind a mask.

I wore many masks for many years, and I became so good at that I even I believed they were the real me. I had no idea what I was doing to myself. I just knew I was lost…

“Then we ask ourselves, ‘What is authentic about me? Who am I?’”

During a week-long retreat on Thatch Caye, David Wood’s private island in Belize, I was gently pushed outside of my comfort zone. I was encouraged to remove the masks. I felt exposed, The experience was excruciating—terrifying!—and I was left feeling wonderfully free. Life suddenly became exciting again and I knew I never wanted to stop feeling that way.

“Authenticity is one of the most succulent discoveries when we realize that we are completely transparent…

“…I don’t know anybody who hasn’t gone through a phase of self-doubt. But we gotta understand that we can’t think our way into the world we want, we have to BEHAVE that way. We need to constantly step out…”

Even when it hurts.

Enjoy this interview with my mentor and friend, David TS Wood:
